Female Reproductive System
The uterus, the ovaries and the vagina are the most important organs of the female reproductive system. They are found in the deep abdominal
region, below the intestines, in front of the lower lumbar vertebrae and behind the urinary bladder.
All of them are protected by the shield made
up by the surrounding pelvic bones, from the iliac crests (to the sides) to the bones that form the pubis (on the front).
